incoln
is starting to see red. All over town the 15,000 red tulip
bulbs planted last fall are in bloom. This group was planted
near All Veterans Park by students from Lincoln Junior
High School. The concerted effort to have red tulips
everywhere was administered by the From the Ground Up
group.
