Jeannie
Xamis, owner of Serendipity Stitches on Lincoln's downtown square, checks
out an architectural rendering of an updated courthouse lawn at Tuesday
night's public meeting of the Downtown Revitalization Steering Committee.
The meeting in the Pegram Room at the Lincoln Public Library was a
chance for the general public to see what the committee has accomplished
so far and to hear from Ian Colgan, an urban planner who is working with
the committee to create a working plan for the future of the downtown
district. LDN will have a full report on the Tuesday night meeting
in our Thursday edition.
