Wednesday
morning the Lincoln/Logan County Chamber of Commerce
welcomed another new business to the city of
Lincoln. The ElMazatlan Mexican Restaurant recently
opened at 203 Madigan Drive, behind the Super 8
Motel, off of Woodlawn Road. The restaurant is a new
chain in Illinois, with Lincoln being the first in
the state. The company has six restaurants in
Kentucky. Pictured above one of the owner/investors
Jesus Gallegos on the left, and Lincoln manager
Martin Leon on the right, with the help of a future
restaurateur, snip the ribbon at the new business.
