Pictured
above is the home of Dr. Don Sielaff located on 10th
Street in Lincoln. Each year on the night of Trick
or Treat, 10th Street sees hundreds of children
going door-to-door. This year, the city of Lincoln
aldermen approved closing 10th Street from Union to
Chestnut on Friday night for the safety of the
children. The street will be open to traffic from
Chestnut to Elm for the convenience of parents who
are dropping their kids off or need a parking space
so as to walk along with the children.
