					On
Thursday morning the Logan County Farm Bureau hosted its
second annual Ag Scholarship Breakfast. In addition to a great meal
and an excellent guest speaker, scholarships were awarded to seven
Logan County youth who plan to pursue a career in agriculture. The
2019 scholarship recipients are front row, left to right: Molly
Schempp, Sierra Smith, Madison Thomas and Maggie Anderson. In the
back row left to right are Brody Baker, Lane Miller and Mark Maaks.
This year the Farm Bureau awarded $26,000 in scholarships to the
			seven individuals.
			LDN will have additional coverage
from the ag breakfast in its Saturday edition.

			"You're
in good hands with Allstate," and in August of last year those hands
arrived in Lincoln. Allstate Agent John Lambert came to town and set
up an office becoming the only exclusively Allstate Insurance agent
in the community. His first few months have gone very well and he is
settling into the community nicely. If you see John out and about,
be sure to welcome him to Lincoln.
