For those who are on limited
budgets, eating healthy can be
a challenge. Often times the
price of a product overrides the
nutritional benefits. Members
of the Community Action
Partnership of Central Illinois
were on hand Saturday to discuss
nutrition matters and also to
discuss how to make the Link
card go further and offer greater
nutritional benefits. CAPCIL
also spent time talking about the
various nutrition programs offered
through the agency such as the
Senior Nutrition program.
