Democrats have their night out in Logan County.
Last night the Logan County Democratic Party had a fundraiser at the Knights of Columbus. Pictured from left to right are Rebecca Drake, Logan County Democratic chair; Bill Houlihan, U.S. Sen. Dick Durbin's downstate chief of staff; Shirley McCombs, 18th District State Central Committee chair; state Sen. Mike Frerichs of the 52nd District; and Jill Morganthaler, retired U.S. Army colonel and 2008 Democratic nominee for Illinois' 6th Congressional District.
Durbin was unable to attend since he is staying in Washington as the debt crisis continues.
