Here's something we haven't seen in a while ... local creeks full and overflowing. Joe Funk, a caretaker at Kickapoo Creek Park, said Thursday he saw the water in the creek rise about a foot in the course of two hours. A visit to Madigan Park showed that Salt Creek is also filling to the brim.
