In
this Tuesday file photo, U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald talks to
reporters after a jury found former Gov. Rod Blagojevich guilty on one of
the 24 counts against him in his federal corruption trial in Chicago. Heading
into the corruption trial, Fitzgerald was regarded as a man at the top of his
game, but instead, the case has raised inevitable questions about possible
missteps by prosecutors that have given fodder to critics who want Fitzgerald
taken down a notch, or removed altogether.

This photo provided by The Vault, a
company based in Kernersville, N.C., shows a toilet reportedly ripped from
reclusive author J.D. Salinger's former home. Collectibles dealer
Rick Kohl of The Vault said Friday that he bought the
standard white porcelain fixture from a New Hampshire couple who
owned a home where the author of "Catcher in the Rye" once lived.
The receptacle has an eBay asking price of $1 million, though Kohl
says he's willing to see what the literary giant's home throne will
fetch.
