out a bar graph showing aldermen of the Lincoln
City Council how the city could benefit from a
TIF district. The voting agenda for
tonight's meeting of the council includes a
motion to enter into the first step of a TIF: a
feasibility study to determine if the downtown
area qualifies for a rehabilitation TIF.

This
June 1978 file photo shows Richard Dawson, host of "Family Feud,"
in character. Dawson, the wisecracking British entertainer who
was among the schemers in the 1960s sitcom "Hogan's Heroes" and
a decade later began kissing thousands of female contestants as
host of the "Family Feud" game show, died Saturday.
He was 79.
