Many
have heard that tenants at the apartment
buildings owned by the Generations
Nursing Home on North Kickapoo Street in
Lincoln have received their lease
termination notices. The apartments were
originally built by previous owners
dating back to when the facility was
known as Maple Ridge. In today's
edition, Generations explains that the
apartments are not related to the
current mission of the nursing care
facility and that while some renovations
have already been done at the main
campus, more are yet to be done that
will have an impact on those apartment
buildings.
There are a total of 40 apartments on
the Generations campus, but only 13 were
occupied. Read more in today's edition.
