The
public is invited to the third 9/11 memorial service. Lincoln Fire
Chief Bucky Washam said that the ceremony will take place at 6:30
p.m. Thursday in the street in front of the fire station, just
like last year.
Mayor Beth Davis
will open the ceremony, which is expected to last about an hour.
