There is always one kid bigger than all the rest. Actually that is Mayor Keith Snyder in the center, disguised as Lincoln Fire Chief Kent Hulett. The youngsters assembled at Latham Park to "Trick or Treat with the Mayor." The annual event is sponsored by Main Street Lincoln. The rumor that the actual fire chief was seen trick-or-treating disguised as the mayor could not be confirmed.
