Thursday evening Lincoln Mayor Seth
Goodman and Alderman Tracy Welch
partnered to snip the ribbon on the 2017
Lincoln Balloon Festival. The ribbon cut
marked the opening of the annual event
held at the Logan County Airport on
media night. The general public was
invited to attend the ribbon cut, and
also stay and watch as several of Logan
County's local pilots took to the skies
with passengers that included members of
the local media.
