Bill
Donath and the Logan County Genealogical and Historical
Society are really excited. Only a day or two into posting
their request for help in identifying 12 World War I
soldiers in Lincoln Daily News, they have been able to
identify the first soldier. It turns out that soldier number
one is Wilbur Smith of Beason. He was identified by Phil
Bertoni. The album of unidentified soldiers is still in LDN
on the Community page.
