Tuesday evening, John Andrews, director
at the Lincoln Park District addressed
the Lincoln City Council during public
participation. He was in attendance to
review a letter delivered to each
alderman the week prior, outlining the
financial concerns of the park district,
and asking the city to consider
including money in the budget to help
ease those concerns.
