								Construction 
			on the new Illinois American Water tower on the west end of Lincoln 
			is well underway. The tower is located on the west side of Heitmann 
			Drive, south of Russell Stover. Upon completion Illinois American 
			has said it will place Lincoln's city name on the tower and it will 
			be visible from the interstate.
