Michael Chi from Chester-East Lincoln heads for the finish line at the IESA state track and field meet this past weekend. 

Michael was one of several Logan County students who competed in the track and field meet at EastSide Centre in East Peoria. 

He finished second in state in the seventh-grade boys 100-meter dash and third in the state in the 200-meter dash
