The dresses were flowing and the men dapper as the 42nd Abraham Lincoln National Railsplitting Festival got under way with a grand Civil War Ball on Friday evening. Couples learned a few new dances and enjoyed the evening at the Lincoln Park District Rec Center. See more in the pictorial below.
